Java Developer

• Drive development and delivery of top notch technology solutions to clients efficiently.
• Lead development of implementation plan, logic and modules to embed in client solutions and client discussion ready documents /presentations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer located in Bengaluru. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-friendly features. As the Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge health-tech applications that include high scale transaction processing, intelligent bot based programs and data analytics.

What you will do:

• Building components for the company's advanced health tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and solutions effectively
• Participating in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Developing the Code as per the requirements
• Working with product team and constructing the tech roadmap

- Working experience on Spring boot / similar frameworks using Java8/11

- Exposure to REST services, web sockets, SOAP services.

- Databases MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL  like MongoDB, Cassandra

- Queuing Systems like Rabbit MQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka

- Implemented MicroServices using design patterns like service discovery, circuit breakers, API Gateway, open-tracing.

- Experience in Security standards like OAUTH2.0, UMA, OpenID-connect.

- Hands-on knowledge on container tools like docker, podman

- Excellent in Problem-solving & solutioning

- Excellent communication skills

• You will be responsible for the design and development of large-scale, multi-tenant, distributed systems using scalable, fault-tolerant architecture with distributed queues (kafka), distributed caches (redis), high volume data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, elasticsearch), container-centric deployments (kubernetes).
• Write Java codes using best practices with high quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and deep dive into design discussions.
