We are seeking a talented and experienced Java SpringBoot Microservices Developer

to join our dynamic development team. As a Java SpringBoot Microservices Developer,

you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and

high-performance microservices-based applications using Java and SpringBoot

frameworks.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for

the development of microservices applications.

● Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable microservices using Java

and SpringBoot.

● Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with external systems as required.

● Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the microservices through

thorough testing and debugging.

● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence

to coding standards.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microservices and their

integration with other components

● Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends

related to microservices and recommend improvements to enhance application

development.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong experience in Java development, specifically with SpringBoot framework.

● Proficiency in designing and developing microservices architectures and

implementing them using industry best practices.

● Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building

and consuming APIs.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience with containerization technologies

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

● Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is

a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team

environment.

Job Description:

As per our conversation, please find below the job description for your review. 

·       Strong written/verbal communication skills

·       Minimum 4-14 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork join pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·       Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

·       Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·       Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·       Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOA-based process applications using JBPM.
• Define and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 on a BPM platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best practices in configuration management and code refactoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions to business process needs.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Work on UI development and integrate with backend systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications on servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or Jetty.
• Stay updated with new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in building applications.
• Strong development experience with BPM engines, specifically JBPM (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in SOA-based process applications.
• Proficient in Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, and frameworks like Struts/Spring/Hibernate/MyBatis.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript languages.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java codebase for our ad-serving platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to

understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Design and implement new features and functionalities in the ad-serving system, focusing on performance

optimization and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the ad server environment, providing timely resolutions to ensure

uninterrupted service.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding best practices to maintain code quality

and consistency across the platform.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ad serving and digital advertising, and integrate

relevant innovations into our platform.

 Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain the ad-serving platform in a cloud- based environment.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development

efforts for new projects and features.

 Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the development team.

 Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues as needed, ensuring maximum uptime

and reliability of the ad-serving platform.

• Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.

• Well-versed in and 5+ years of hands-on demonstrable experience with:
