JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: GoLang Developer

Location: Pune (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Golang developer to join our growing company.
You will collaborate with other technical staff to deliver and maintain a fully-functional software implementation. We hope you can put your passion for software engineering to work for creating
highly immersive user applications.

Your duties will include maintaining code repositories via GitHub and internal server storage modules.

Responsibilities:

• Below are some of the responsibilities a Golang developer is expected to undertake in their position
• Employ Linux Terminal command structures to allow easy back-end operations for less-expert technical staff
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure consistent and smooth workflows
• Manage multiple projects within reasonable design specifications and budget restrictions
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project etc.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Many Golang developers have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, such as programming. Other critical skills for successful Golang developers

CAST is looking for Python software engineers with 3- 7 years of experience in a software company.

The team builds a sophisticated source code analysis platform leveraging parsing, control flow, data flow and others mechanisms to fully understand the inner structure of the complex IT Systems developed and used by the Fortune 500 companies.
You, working as individual contributor as part of team, will contribute to the core part of our platform: source code analyzers. You will contribute to the evolution of our technology to support the latest evolution of languages and frameworks. You will have the opportunity to work on the different parts of the analysis chain from parsing to developing new quality rules notably the ones related to the emerging CISQ standard. Python or C++ will be your main languages.

We develop source code analyzers which are plugins of our platform CAST AIP.

● Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards

You will excel at this role, if you have
● A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, with 2 to 6 years of Experience in building highly available and scalable products.
● Have worked in product software development teams that have taken individual module-level responsibility and have taken the product to production/customer deployments
● Loves to write code in one or more of Python, Golang, RoR,
● Have worked in building back-end systems around DBMS, Caches, NoSQL, Web and App servers.
● Passionate about algorithms, design patterns, open-source technologies and in general good software
design
● Desirable to have Prior experience in working on any of the Public cloud infrastructures

Tech Lead (Experience range from 7-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a full product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to roll out and support
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure)

Role and Qualifications:

1. 7+ Years’ of experience, managing teams of 5+ people
2. Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design principles.
3. Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, NodeJS, Go, JavaScript, Python programming stacks, and passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
4. Knowledge of software practices like refactoring, clean code, domain driven design, Encapsulation etc
5. Hands on experience managing databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
6. Exposure to event driven systems and event streaming engines like Kafka
7. Good knowledge of DevOps tooling like docker, kubernetes, ansible/chef, AWS.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
