What you will do?
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines, maintaining a clean and scalable code structure. While you may contribute to coding when necessary, your primary role will be to resolve blockers faced by SDE 1s and SDE 2s, keeping projects on track. You will act as a technical leader, offering guidance on system design, best practices, and code reviews. Additionally, you will monitor overall project progress, handle escalations, and liaise with stakeholders to align expectations.
