Key Responsibilities

• Concept research and design development for upcoming seasons
• Preparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completion
• Graphic design for labels, trims, and product sampling
• Providing design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handovers
• Conducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand study

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer with strong expertise in Dynatrace, SRE practices, and root cause analysis (RCA). The role focuses on building end-to-end observability across hybrid environments (cloud, on-prem, containers) and performing deep RCA for complex distributed systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement end-to-end observability for hybrid applications

• Perform deep RCA using traces, metrics, logs, and service flow analysis

• Lead P1/P2 incident bridge calls, especially when no clear RCA is visible

• Drive onboarding of applications into Dynatrace with full-stack visibility

• Troubleshoot production issues (performance, data gaps, monitoring inconsistencies)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance

• Communicate incident findings clearly to stakeholders

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, OneAgent, ActiveGate, RUM, Synthetic, Logs, Davis AI, alerting, anomaly detection, dashboards)
