Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React.js.

2. Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces and create interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js.

3. Back-End Development: Design and develop server-side logic using Java, including building RESTful APIs, integrating with databases, and implementing business logic.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience and projects will be considered.

2. Programming Skills:

● Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts.

● Familiarity with front-end development using React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.

● Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Database Knowledge: Understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL databases.

4. Web Technologies: Understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and HTTP protocols.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the requirement from the hiring manager and document the requirements according to the Ideal Candidate Profile.
2. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate hiring portals.
3. Source and recruit the right sales talent through the database; Naukri, LinkedIn & social media
4. Assess the applicant’s knowledge, soft skills, technical skills as per the requirement at hand.
5. Act as a point of contact and provide the client and candidate with excellent hiring experience.
6. Create influential relationship with client and candidate through the selection process.

This person MUST have: 

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent 

- Cloud app development experience 

- Strong ReactJS experience 

- Strong experience in Next JS and Typescript 

- Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 

- Creating high performance UI etc. 

- Troubleshooting/debugging experience 

- Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases 

- Strong communication skills 

Experience: 

- Min 3 year experience 

- Not more than 7 year experience.

- 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
