Position : Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + Full-Stack (JS) Developer)

Job Responsibilities :

• Write readable, reusable, and maintainable code for high-quality software development.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Extensive expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including a solid understanding of ES6.
• Strong experience working with Node.js, React, or Nest.js.
• Proven track record of developing scalable and modular web applications.
• Mandatory knowledge of Docker for efficient containerized development.
• Experience with software quality assurance, test planning, and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering using tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Minimum 7 years experience : Individual Contributor ( Back-end plus Cloud- Infra)

Banking/Payments Domain : Worked on projects from scratch and scaled

Experience with Payment Gateway Companies is a plus

Responsibilities:

End to end coding ; from software architecture to managing scaling,of high throughput(100000)RPS high volume transactions.

DIscuss business requirements and timelines with management and create a task plan for junior members.

Manage the day to day activities of all team members and report their work progress

Mentoring the team on best coding practices and making sure modules are Live

on time.

Management of security vulnerabilities.

Be a full individual contributor which means can work in a team as well as alone.

• Work on Examarly’s most complex web applications by designing, implementing, and unit testing the frontend application code.
• Work on UI frameworks and abstractions that help define a reliable, reusable and performant web platform.

• Hands on experience of CRO tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage etc.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Leadsqaured etc. would be a Plus.
• Understanding of data analysis, trend spotting and technology in Digital space.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Plan and outline cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns.
• Should be updated with the ongoing marketing trends and capable to implement the changes in the system.
• Work on digital marketing platforms to execute campaign in the most efficient manner. Re-marketing campaigns in specific.
• Awareness about various content marketing platforms of the Market Research Industry.
• Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to consistently improve ROIs.
• Work closely with the Sales & Product Teams and execute campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Monitor impact of each campaign on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.

• Create Intuitive websites, Responsive design, Web and Mobile application/Product interfaces
• Good at following practices like W3C standards, Tableless layout & SEO friendly markup
• Creating ideas for a social media campaign, print communication, packaging and branding
• Creating promotional videos by collaborating with the marketing team
• Create and iterate design mock-ups, prototypes, specs and production visual assets such as graphics and icons

Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Required:

• A portfolio that demonstrates your visual and interaction design experience
• Strong ability to communicate, articulate your design decisions, and consider feedback from product managers, engineers and other designers
• Experience with 3D software tools like Maya, Blender, Unity, etc
• Should be well-versed in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and illustration

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
