Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-ownership Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to how backend operations work at a fast-growing AI SaaS company. This is a real ops role, not a shadow internship. High performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity post internship.

What You’ll Do

• Support coordination with telecom operators and data center partners
• Assist in vendor management and asset tracking
• Handle operational queries via the ticketing system
• Support basic troubleshooting of assets and infrastructure (with guidance)
• Assist with day-to-day admin and backend operations

• Work as CAD Wiring Harness Engineer for Automotive applications.
• Good knowledge in Electrical wiring harness design & development of automotive truck/bus/passenger cars.
• Good hands-on experience in CATIA wiring harness routing, packaging, and flattening.
• Good Hands-on experience on Capital Harness XC.
• Knowledge of wire, connector, terminals, fuse box, relay, and fuses.
• Management of engineering & manufacturing BOM for electrical
• Able to read and understand vehicle electrical schematics for automotive application.
• Hands-on experience on CATIA R2019 electrical module. (EI2 and EHF licenses) or other equivalent CAD tools
• Benchmarking of automotive E/E components.
• Good English (spoken & written) Communication is mandatory

Cloud Platform Developer:

• 8 to 12 years of platform development experience with good knowledge on any virtualized platform (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Openstack, AWS, etc)
• Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package VMs on cloud platforms – OVF/OVA, qcow2, etc.
• Strong in Shell and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform will be useful
• Knowledge of Rift.io / Open source MANO / Restful APIs will be plus
• Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals – IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, IP routing, etc.
• Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical
• Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
