Your Role at Pathfinder

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be primarily responsible for architecting and developing the platform that will be our interface with the outside world. You'll develop the platform end-to-end such that it is a reflection of who we are, our core capabilities and what we have to offer to the early stage startups. 

What You’ll do

• Own the entire platform end-to-end. Develop and enhance our website and client dashboards.
• Convert UX/UI designs into modular, reusable and scalable components using Next.js and React.js 
• Ensure applications are fully responsive and the visuals adapt to all resolutions, cross-browser and cross-device compatible. 
• Optimize performance (lazy-loading, code-splitting) to reduce load times. 
• Build backend systems, database that support CRUD operations. 
• Develop database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using Notion or any other database systems. 
• Maintain version-control workflows using Git, branch strategies and pull requests.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and propose improvements to our stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web applications.

You’ll thrive here if you

• 2-5 years’ hands-on experience in full stack development. 
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks. 
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ability to design the UI from scratch without using pre-existing CSS libraries.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with server-side rendering and static/dynamic site generation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) 
• Experience in performance prowling (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)

Job Role :

o Experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript jQuery,Angular, HTML5, CSS

o Responsible for handling end to end design & execution of all product web interfaces

o Develop new user-facing features & build reusable code and libraries for future use Work closely on UI/UX designs and back end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development problems

o Design, development, integration, delivery of different UI side modules of the product

o Develop and enhance modular, multilingual, cross-browser front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, etc.

o Experience in making responsive layouts

o Experience developing in Agile development processes

o Work closely with product management, customer support and SQA to continuously evolve and innovate the product.

o Involvement in the full development life cycle of projects. Working as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative

o Facilitate in the decision-making processes with team members both in terms of new system development and enhancement to current systems

o Experience of full software development life cycle and Agile Strong verbal & written skills required to interact with global teams. Highly motivated, analytical thinking individual

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials for MERN Stack web application development.
• Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups in a classroom or online setting.
• Provide hands-on training on MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Teach how to use No SQL Database, REST API, and how to connect REST API with front-end applications.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and progress.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees throughout the training process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MERN Stack web application development.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop real-world scenarios and case studies for trainees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous JS, No SQL Database, and REST API.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Design and develop Java/J2EE based full stack software components including complex modeling, MVC based UI, etc.

.What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Solid 5-10 years hands-on design and coding experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development, JSF/Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate, Spring, ActiveMQ.
• Strong object-oriented design, Java/J2EE and MVC architecture based programming skills.
• Solid relational DBMS skills using MySQL, or other RDBMS products.
• Desirable - Experience in Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MongoDB, etc.)
• Nice to have - Real-world experience in large scale, and high availability implementations.
• Experience developing web services using REST and SOAP approaches.

• Should be able to analyse requirements, design solutions, write code, debug code and modify existing software enhancements or develop new product software.
• Should be able mentor junior developers to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently.
• Should be able to perform executions against project plans and meet delivery commitments.
• Should have good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews.
• May interact with product specialists / Project Managers / Product Owners to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications and to give status feedback.
• Should be able to work in an Agile Development Environment using SCRUM methodology.
• Should be able to communicate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve the given goal.
• Should be able to participate in the hiring processes.

On a typical day, the sales team:

• drives the adoption of a premium version of Pagarbook, sold at a subscription fee per annum
• never-say-no attitude, and comes with a win-all attitude
• At the same time, a core ingredient of the DNA is customer empathy
• We should always ensure the customer is well informed of all the benefits of the solution, before we close the sales.

Responsibilities and Duties of sales associate:

• You will pitch about PagarBook desktop solution on field to customers
• You will explain the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution to customers
  • Better and Easier accessibility, also available on mobile web
  • Access to rich reports which gives you business knowledge, spend
  • Unlimited free upgrades for a year
  • Bulk update features
  • Expense management
• The users can register on the desktop for a free trial for 7 days first
• Sales associate would convert the customer into a paid customer

Mandatory requirements:

• Having your own bike is a must
• Smartphone is a must
• Field sales experience is a must (telecom, FMCG and financial sales experience adds more weightage)
• Graduation in any field is sufficient
