Responsibilities:

• Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
• Develop, manage and fulfillment of an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
• Building the AffordPlan brand within the defined hospital network zone
• Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.
• Implement innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Able to convert leads from various channels.
• Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches.
• Developing, Constructing and Cooperative working relationship with the employee of the mapped branch.

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as Area Sales Manager, Territory, Zone Manager or similar senior sales role
• Minimum 4 years of experience required in B2C sales (preferring Industry - BFSI Insurance/Retail & distribution/ Telecom/Consumer Durables).
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (Profit and KPIs)
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to travel as needed

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in design, architect, developing and delivering
• cross platform Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms applications
• using Microsoft Visual Studio/VS for MAC.
• Mobile application development fundamentals (Android/iOS - Xamarin)
• Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android, Windows
• and iOS.
• Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of
• front-end GUI design and development.
• Working knowledge of data parsing, storing and related patterns.
• Strong in C#, the .NET framework and object oriented programming patterns and
• practices.
• Expertise in MVVM pattern. Code sharing patterns such as dependency service,
• service locator.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object orientation design.
• Knowledge on Agile and Scrum approach is must.
• Demonstrate ability to apply Microsoft Practices and Patterns as guided by the
• Architect.
• Knowledge of Drawing Library will be an added benefit.
• Good to have experience in Unit Test case writing, JSON formation and parsing.

• Assist/Perform Unit Testing and Bug fixing.
• Understanding client requirement and suggest optimised solutions.
• Code refactoring as per the TDD(Test Driven Development) guidelines.

• Deploy application to store and App center.

The Role Expectation

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who is passionate about building technology that solves Credit problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective. You will serve as a product owner within an agile, cross-functional team of operations and engineers to work on the most impactful features. You are user-centric, continuously demonstrate strategic & analytical abilities, and are laser focused on executing at speed. In this role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results. You must have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive, and transparent way.

Responsibilities

• Understand CW'S strategic position to deliver features
• Drive product development to build end to end solutions with a team of engineers and designers.
• Serve as a product owner and work with the Product managers to write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with engineers to deliver a good product
• Work with UX to analyze current user experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences
• Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, operations, development, UX, analytics) to execute on the roadmap
• Track the task and utilization of the engineers on the team
• Work with the Architect to ensure that a high performance and highly scalable system is engineered
• Apply analytics to evaluate launch outcomes and ongoing platform performance to help build best in class experiences.
• Ensure that best practices and standards are inculcated and ownership is properly delegated within the team
• Bring in the best Agile practices and ensure code quality and code coverage

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably CS or related discipline
• 5+ of experience in SaaS based product development for the web as well as mobile devices with experience on applications using Python, React and NoSQL, SQL, Search technologies, etc.
• 3+ of technical project management driving end to end implementation from defining user stories to testing and deployment of features
• Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology.
• Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution
• Ability to think out of the box to solve problems
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clarity of thought; Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels
