We are seeking a Software Engineer - Flutter to join our development team. In this role as a Senior Engineer – Flutter / Android, you will play a key role in leading and developing features that will impact our valuable customers. Your responsibilities

- Design and implement features by writing readable, testable, and maintainable code in Dart, Kotlin/Swift.

- Write test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implementations.

- Provide guidance and mentorship of native Android/IOS developers transitioning to Flutter.

- Participate in Scrum team activities, engaging in various stages of feature development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and design features that meet project requirements.

- Identify and resolve bugs through thorough code analysis, debugging, and determining root causes, then providing practical solutions.

- Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing expertise and experience and adhering to team standards and best practices.

- Participate in improving project efficiency, component quality, and automation processes when needed.

Your expertise

-Minimum 2 years in Android/IOS development with over 0.6 years of Flutter experience.

- Strong proficiency in using Dart, Kotlin/Swift. You must have experience in both Dart and Kotlin/Swift.

- Familiarity with Flutter widgets and state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.

- Familiarity with the Jetpack library, encompassing architecture components, navigation, etc.

- Comprehensive understanding of S.O.L.I.D principles and Design Patterns.

- Experience with at least one Flutter database framework such as Hive, Sembast, or SQLite

- Familiarity with Dependency Injection using Hilt or Dagger.

- Ability to develop features that support various screen sizes, ensure proper localization, and compatibility with different versions of iOS and Android.

- Awareness of security best practices to safeguard sensitive data usage and storage.

- Experience in optimizing memory usage and enhancing performance is a plus.

- Being knowledgeable about working with multi-module projects is a plus.

- Deeply understand the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid versus native mobile development.

- Ability to design solutions for medium to complex features that involve different teams.

- Professional experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects is a must.

- Demonstrated teamwork skills with a dedication to collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- Effective task prioritization and organizational skills, enabling independent work with minimal supervision.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Head of Analytics. As the Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, implementing advanced analytics strategies, and providing valuable insights to optimize our credit card business operations, sales and marketing, risk management & customer experience. Your expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the overall performance of our credit card business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Analytics Strategy:

o Define the analytics roadmap for the credit card business, aligning it with overall

business objectives.

o Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance

of the credit card business.

o Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to prioritize and

execute analytics initiatives. 2. Lead Data Analysis and Insights:

o Conduct in-depth analysis of credit card data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and risk mitigation.

o Develop predictive models and algorithms to assess credit risk, customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience (7+ years) in leading analytics teams in the credit card industry.

Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Experience with analytics tools such as SAS, SPSS, or Tableau.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Strong knowledge of credit card business and understanding of credit card industry dynamics, including risk management, marketing, and customer lifecycle.

About the Backend Engineer role

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• Design, write and deliver highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance
