About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Growth Associate to own early growth experiments across influencer marketing, social media, paid ads, and AI-enabled content workflows. This is not a regular marketing role.
This is a zero-to-one builder role. You will work directly with the founding team and will be expected to move fast, try ideas, measure outcomes, and keep improving.
What You Will Own
Influencer Marketing
- Find relevant YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and education creators.
- Reach out, negotiate pricing/deliverables, and manage creator conversations.
- Create briefs, hooks, talking points, and script inputs.
- Manage back-and-forth till campaigns go live.
- Track performance and build a repeatable influencer playbook
Social Media & Organic Growth
- Manage Zygasa social handles and create student-relevant content ideas.
- Experiment with reels, memes, carousels, student stories, and product-led content.
- Use trends and growth hacks to bring learners to Zygasa.
- Track reach, engagement, clicks, signups, and user quality.
- Figure out what content actually makes students try the product.
Paid Digital Marketing
- Run and monitor Instagram/Facebook ads, and Google ads if required.
- Test creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track cost per click, cost per signup, and quality of users.
- Improve campaigns based on data and keep spend disciplined
AI-Enabled Execution
- Use AI for content ideas, captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign angles.
- Use AI-assisted tools for reels, shorts, creatives, and thumbnails.
- Create multiple content variations quickly.
- Research influencers, competitors, and student trends using AI.
- Summarise campaign performance and improve daily workflow efficiency.
