We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, and assisting clients in purchasing residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential homebuyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored property solutions

● Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients

● Maintain strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying process

● Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

● Coordinate with builders/developers to stay updated on project offerings, pricing, and availability

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and new real estate developments

Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor's degree

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, or any sales-driven industry

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Ability to build and maintain client relationships

● Willingness to travel within the city or the assigned location for site visits and client meetings

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle technical requests filed by the end users of the product, handle troubleshooting and resolve errors.

Key job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Issues
• When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Contribute to Product Development
• Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
• Assist Users
• This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
• Suggest Improvements
• Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.

• Coordinating the involvement of additional departments (cross functional), including sales, customer service and management resources if necessary, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the partner accounts
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis

• MBA with Minimum 3 yrs+ proven track record in partner relationship management or Key Accounts Management
• Alliance or Lending experience is a plus

Strategy, planning, and design:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.
• Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Implementation and deployment:

• Manage Product Release, QA cycles, feature implementation and on time delivery through in-house team and vendors.
• Collaborate with team and customers to define use cases.
• Creation of wireframes/prototypes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile platforms.

Operational management :

• Support marketing by implementing technical requirements for SEO/product analytics.
• Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Establish and forecast ROI of features and succinctly articulate competitive advantage.
• Set-up data collection and analysis system in collaboration with CEO to track key performance.
