You will be responsible for crafting high-impact, cinematic-quality VR and 3D animated training modules focused on real-world maritime operations. Key Responsibilities:
● Create clear, technically accurate instructional content using reference documents, AI tools, and inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
● Develop voiceover-friendly scripts aligned with visual storytelling and learning objectives.
● Collaborate with 3D animators, developers (Unreal/Unity), and storyboard artists to build immersive and engaging learning experiences.
● Define logic and simulation parameters to ensure scenarios reflect authentic maritime operations.
● Participate in reviews, provide timing cues, and ensure alignment between visuals and instructional goals.
Required Skills:
● Proven experience in instructional design, ideally in VR, 3D animation, or simulation-based training.
● Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of cinematic concepts like composition, transitions, and pacing.
● Excellent scripting skills—particularly for narration and voiceovers.
● Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance instructional content.
● A curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn maritime systems, terminology, and procedures.
