We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support our Business Development team in ensuring the highest level of performance, communication standards, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or business development for the US/UK market with revenue-based responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead management across short/mid/long-term goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assess and enhance BD team interactions.

• Skilled in client discovery and proposal review with a strategic, empathetic mindset.
