Job Description :
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with specialized proficiency in leveraging Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for international lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these tools, enabling them to identify, engage, and convert prospects across global markets. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth on an international scale.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify leads across diverse international markets.
- Develop and implement targeted prospecting strategies tailored to specific regions, industries, and buyer personas.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with international prospects through consistent engagement and value-added interactions.
- Manage a robust pipeline of international leads, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales funnel.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings to international prospects.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to international lead generation and sales activities. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

- MERN stack developer with exposure in Mongo, Express, React & Node
- Creating solution design using latest frameworks, plugins & technology
- Architecture and solution design
- Experience in OpenID Connect, OAuth, Google Auth
- Frontend libraries Ionic/Cordova, React router dom, typescript, Axios, HTML, JQUERY etc
- State management library like Redux
- Component design library like Ant Design
- Test case library like Jest
- Good exposure to NodeJs
- CI/CD: Docker, Openshift, Jenkins
- Automation tools, like Grunt, Yeoman, and some other tools like NPM(Node Package Manager), NVM (Node Version Manager) etc.
- Understanding about UT, lint, CI/CD, and other software engineering concepts
- Knowledge in AWS (Amazon web services).
- Managing the server using terminal in Windows, Linux(Ubuntu, Centos 7).
- Operating Systems: Windows, Ubuntu(Linux).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components
- Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
- Developing Frontend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, client-side logic, and platform, highly responsive web applications
- Have relevant skills in leading the technical team
- Designing and implementing High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features
- Performance tuning and automation of application
- Testing and debugging software applications with React test framework tools like Jest.
- Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems
- Keeping abreast with the latest technology and trends
