Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitableproducts or solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, developing REST APIs, building data pipelines, and working with cloud-based data platforms.

Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

1.   Strategic HR Partnership

·        Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.

2.   Talent Management

·        Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.

3.   Employee Relations & Engagement

4.   HR Operations & Compliance

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development required.
• Proficiency in C# is essential as it is the primary language used in .NET development here at Hexure.
• In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, including its core components, class libraries, and APIs, is crucial. Understanding frameworks like ASP.NET, Entity Framework is important.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary for building user interfaces and client-side interactions. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React can be advantageous.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL, including writing complex queries, designing efficient database schemas, and understanding database performance optimization.
