Mandatory

Strong Product / Business Analytics profile, with a focus on B2C digital products

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in Consumer analytics for Product / Marketing / Business / Consumer behaviour Insights for B2C Products (Don't want logistics, operations or supply-chain focused analytics profiles, they should have worked on consumer-side analytics)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL or Excel or Python or R)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience with KPI dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels

Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)

Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.

Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).

Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.

Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 4 years.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Leverage existing industry knowledge and relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Focus on selling web development, web designing, mobile apps development, mobile app designing, and hosting services to clients in the US, Europe, and other targeted regions.
• Relationship Building:

Requirements:

• Proven Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the IT Service Industry, with a track record of successfully selling web development, designing, and mobile app services.
• International Sales Expertise:
• Demonstrated experience in securing clients from the US, Europe, and other international markets.
• Proactive Approach:
• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, with a proactive mindset towards identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Collaboration:
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially with the marketing team.

Job requirements:

● The candidate should be L2 and above.

● ServiceNow System Administration and Development Certified is mandatory

● ITSM, Service Portal, Integration 

● ITIL Foundation Certification would be a plus or can do before joining.

● Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all

aspects of the ServiceNow platform.

● Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report

setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development

● Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all

applications for use after the upgrade completes.

● Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

● Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.

● Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.

● Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.

● Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.

● Complete other duties as assigned.

1.     Significant experience of working in front-end web development
2.     Extensive programming experience in HTML5, CSS3, SASS or LESS, and Bootstrap, Foundation or Materialize
3.     Angular Material, Chart Libraries(D3, Leaflet, Amchart etc).

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

• Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to

achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

• Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytic, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and

campaigns

• Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling

Education Required:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a

bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

• Google AdWords Certified Years of Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 2 years

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, and Social Media Platforms

• Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

• Excellent writing skills
