Inside Sale Executive

Role Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Azure Data Engineer / Consultant to lead design, build, and operationalize cloud-native data solutions. You’ll partner with external clients—from discovery through Go-Live—to ingest, model, transform, and serve high-volume data using Synapse, Fabric, PySpark, and SQL. You’ll also establish best practices around CI/CD, security, and data quality within a medallion architecture.

Required Skills (at least 4+ years of relevant experience - this is a senior-level role)

• Ability to talk to the customer
• Manage the delivery of an End-To-End Enterprise project
• Fabric (or Synapse/ADF/Databricks) Data Engineering background
• Data Warehousing experience
• Basic understanding of Agentic AI

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• DP-600, DP-700 or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Azure Purview, Data Catalogs, or metadata management tools.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (ADF, Synapse Pipelines), Spark optimization (broadcast joins, partition pruning), and data-quality frameworks (Great Expectations, custom).
• Prior consulting or client-facing engagements in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Owning offline/retail P&L
• Identifying potential locations for expansion following the company’s expansion strategy
• Liaising with various agencies in the space search
• Carrying out a detailed feasibility study on chosen locations
• Negotiation with the malls/agencies and finalization of related documents & pricing.
• Creating & implementing the organization chart for the offline/retail function
• Collaboration with the Marketing team and VM for In-store marketing/promotions and for external ATL/BTL activities
• Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and trends
• Takes a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team; spends time coaching store managers, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance on Store manager issues when needed.
• Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost-effective stock generation; monitors stock weekly to achieve bottom-line sales budget against monthly targets
• Implementation of ERP and other Technology resources for effective Business Decision Making

Expected skill sets:

• Experience of 12 -14 years with established brand(s) in the Lifestyle Retail category.
• Critical experience in Sales and/or Retail Operations is a must
• Should have worked across the key retail formats viz EBO, LFS, and MBO.
• Experienced in managing relationships at a senior level and managing a diverse (in terms of skill base and experience) team of people.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to c
• ontribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written to include report writing and group presentations
• Commercially sound with a good understanding of profit and loss accounting and the influence of operating factors e.g. volume v price
• Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize

·      Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative means to identify and attract potential candidates for non-IT roles.

·      Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.

·      Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

·      Evaluate candidates' suitability for the position based on their experience, qualifications, and alignment with the company's values and culture.

·      Maintain positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.

·      Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools to manage candidate data and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.

·      Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate selection.

·      Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the requirements and specifications of non-IT positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.

·      Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Working with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in the various business units
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow-up till the candidate joins
• Implementing hiring strategies that can attract top talent with required skillsets
• Building an effective pipeline of candidates and managing candidate relationships
• Choosing the optimum recruitment channel with a special focus on new age sourcing techniques
• Ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and a formal tracking process/ reporting/ metrics
• Handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and following up with the candidates
• Managing reporting, analytics and key recruitment SLAs like cost per hire, recruitment cost ratio, source mix, offer to join ratio, hiring TATetc./ processes and compliance
• Stakeholder Management

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the recruitment domain
• Proven track record of hiring candidates, across levels in Engineering and Product functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good with reports and creating dashboards
• Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques
• Creative approach to work

Job Description

Broadly there are 2 major activities:

Recruitment and co-ordinations

Office Administration

Recruitment and co-ordinations

Managing Freelance Consultants / Network partners on end-to-end recruitment activities.

Client co-ordinations – Recruitments and strengthening business relations.

Manage the entire recruitment activity:

Once you have a JD, evaluate / qualify every requirement, understand the client’s expectations completely.

Distribute the requirements to relevant consultants and partners.

Receive the profiles from consultants, evaluate and share it to clients.

Handle end to end recruitment co-ordinations between clients and consultants.

Take control of all prospective candidates during the 2^nd and final stage Interviews and understand their keenness and have backup plans accordingly.

Stay in touch with offered candidates till such time they Join.

Evaluate the running mandates and take appropriate decisions – STOP / HOLD / CONTINUE

Ensure you and your team spends time on productive mandates – TIME / VALUE / MONEY

Manage / Motivate / Assist consultants:

You should manage, guide, and assist consultants for functionally smoothly.

Motive the consultants to earn attractive Incentives.

Evaluate the consultant’s basis their performance, commitments, quality of work, etc.,

Coordinate with BD team:

You will coordinate with BD team / Account head in case of any help to address any client related issues, work jointly as a team and resolve.

Admin. / Backend work:

Maintain all reports and data on all recruitment related activities of the office.

*Daily / weekly / monthly reports of all consultants

*Performance reports of all consultants

*Data base of all roles worked (Resumes and excel sheets)

*Data base of clients

*Maintain and Manage all Job portals.

Other activities:

*Sourcing candidates for our office

*Preparing formats / templates / presentations.

Measurable Objectives: Your performance will be measured basis on how you plan, guide, manage, maintain data, reports, analysis, etc., - Translate to measurable performance.

Work timing: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Work from home: Considering the current pandemic the work will be from home, in the situation improves, we will have to meet in person once in a week for review meetings.

Work from office: We will evaluate the situations with respect to COVID, have all protocol measures keeping employee safety is key and take a decision, our next evaluation on this would be during the month of October 2021.
