Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth through direct client interactions. The role involves lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals for our IT and digital services. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Generate new leads and convert them into customers for: 

● Websites & Web Applications 

● Mobile Apps (Android & iOS) 

● ERP, CRM & Billing Software 

● Digital Marketing Services 

● Identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions 

● Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and presentations 

● Maintain and update daily activity reports and lead status in CRM 

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships 

● Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for smooth project execution 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field 

● 1–8 years of experience in IT sales / B2C sales 

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 

● Basic understanding of IT services, software, ERP/CRM, and digital marketing 

● Self-driven, target-oriented 

● Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively 

Preferred Candidate Profile 

● Experience in IT services, software sales, ERP/CRM, or digital marketing sales 

● Exposure to selling solutions to educational institutions or SMEs

equired Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.

• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• MS Dynamics NAV Background: Strong background in MS Dynamics NAV environments.

• C/SIDE and C/AL Proficiency: Expertise in C/SIDE and C/AL programming, particularly in pipeline configuration.

• SQL Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with SQL for database interactions and data-related tasks within Dynamics NAV/BC is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Financial Management & Reporting:

•Oversee all accounting transactions, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and publish timely financial statements.

•Prepare budget forecasts, supporting annual financial planning and financial health assessments.

Compliance & Taxation:

•Compute and file tax returns, ensuring GST compliance with regulations.

•Conduct audits to maintain financial accuracy, adhere to standards, and comply with financial policies.

•Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy and compliance.

Cash Collection:

•Oversee the company’s cash collection process and ensure that cash receipts are processed efficiently and accurately.

•Monitor and track cash flow regularly, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.

•Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues or discrepancies related to payments.

Trade Receivables Management:

•Monitor and manage trade receivables, ensuring that outstanding invoices are followed up on and collected in a timely manner.

•Track aging of receivables and ensure that overdue accounts are actively pursued.

•Issue statements and reminders to clients regarding overdue payments.

Account Reconciliation & Financial Health:

•Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and report on the company's financial health and liquidity to stakeholders.

•Audit financial transactions and documents, maintaining meticulous records.

Technical Proficiency & Confidentiality:

•Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as necessary to secure sensitive information.

•Proficiently utilize Tally, Oracle, and Excel for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

•Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and secure financial data handling.

Requirements:

 Strong development skills in Core / Advanced Java, and J2EE.

 Knowledge of Bamboo, Jira, Spring AOP, Junit, SQL query optimization and fine tuning, is a

plus.

 Strong analytical skills.

 Good in Design Patterns.

 Should have experience on JMS/Messaging and middleware like IBM MQ/Apache Kafka.

 Strong in design and technical documentation.

 Strong in Java SDK 1.8, Java SDK 11, Spring Boot (Embedded Tomcat), REST & SOAP API skills.

 Strong in Spring frameworks (MVC, IOC, Boot, Batch) and ORM framework like Hibernate.

 Hands-on experience in SQL.

 Core Java, J2EE, SOA based Web Services, RESTful Web Services, Hibernate, Spring MVC,

XSD, XML and WSDL, DB, Microservices.

 Understanding of Kafka and Netflix conductor.

 Should have worked with Maven/Gradle, JIRA/Rally, Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson.

· Need 2D animators to develop professional quality 2D animations/Modules, basis the scripts being shared.
