STAFF NURSE

Position: Assistant Manager – BD (Mall Media Barter Deals)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: 4.5 - 6 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mall media barter sales across Nexus and 25+ malls Pan India.
• Leverage a strong network of brands across India to identify and close barter opportunities.
• Manage media inventory, create proposals, and present to brands/agencies.
• Pitch, negotiate, and finalize barter deals across Lifestyle, Electronics, Office Supplies, and Gifting categories.
• Ensure seamless execution of deals with timely delivery, performance tracking, and MIS/reporting.
• Achieve sales and barter revenue targets while generating agency fees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

• MBA preferred, with 3–6 years’ experience in media sales, barter, mall advertising, or OOH.
• Strong brand and agency network across India.
• Proven record in closing barter/partnership deals and delivering revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Independent, target-driven, with strong analytical and reporting ability.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions

·      Work extensively with AWS Serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB

·      Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for search and analytics

·      Build backend services using NodeJS and develop front-end applications using Angular

·      Design and develop robust REST APIs with a solid understanding of web services

·      Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript

·      Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues in complex systems

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, end-to-end software solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

·      8+ years of experience in software development

·      Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) or .NET with SQL

·      Experience with Elasticsearch for efficient data retrieval and indexing

·      Proficiency in NodeJS, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript

·      Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services

·      Strong UI development skills with CSS

·      Proven experience designing solutions for complex technical requirements

·      Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Provide safe transportation for staff, guests, and clients
• Ensure to deliver service to highest standards while adhering to all policies and procedures
• Maintain vehicle mileage logs
• Drive courteously and safely
• Maintain a safe driving record

About the Role

A DevOps Engineer in Snappymob configures, monitors, and manages the Cloud Management service. You should be able to identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions for our clients and maintain cloud infrastructures in accordance with the best practices and company security policies. 

Responsibilities

• Configures the AWS cloud management service and uses tools to monitor and manage their services carefully.
• Manages the full AWS Lifecycle, Provisioning, Automation, and Security.
• Works with customers, solution architects, and product teams to drive migrations.
• Assists in the execution of migration discovery workshops with large enterprise customers.
• Maintains Data Integrity, Data Recovery, and access control while you use the AWS application platform.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of working experience in DevOps and cloud management.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services and migrations.
• Ability to think critically, analyze and break down problems into manageable components.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.

Advantages

• Experience with AWS cloud migrations.
• Possesses AWS certifications in solution architecting or DevOps.
• Experience with managing CI/CD and deployment of services to the cloud.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration solutions (eg: Docker and Kubernetes)
