Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer collaborations within allocated budgets.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, content approvals, execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate with content, social media, and design teams to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance with campaign guidelines.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
- Generate campaign reports and provide insights for future optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of influencer analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign reporting.
