Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical leadership, design and development of complex pieces of the service oriented architecture based platform.
• Modelling Database Design for large scale applications.
• Develop for performance engineering.
• Design for the right use of micro services, containerization and observability.

• Drive technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Create reference implementation for our integrations and for backward compatibility.
• Not interested in managerial responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Full stack development on cutting edge technology in Fintech domain.

- Ownership of complete backend code.

You should Have :

- Server Side languages knowledge: Node.js and express.js is the first choice, Python, Java

- At least 3+ years of server-side programming experience. We prefer ability over experience

- Solid experience working with databases, especially relational DB.

- Solid experience with version control (Git or Bitbucket or SVN).

- B.E. in Computer Science or Graduate/PG degree in Computer Science (this is optional, as we are more interested in your abilities and experience over a paper degree).

- Any experience working with real time projects in backend with node.js and express.js

Responsibilities:
● Work together with the team to prototype new solutions within emerging technologies
● Work with DevOps to build and scale tools and libraries to improve developer and user
experience
● Create backend services to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and
responsiveness of the applications
● Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
● Collaborate with team members to provide and receive architecture-level and code-level
feedback
Essential Qualifications:
● 5 + years of software development experience
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
● High sense of ownership, the zeal to build scalable and customer-focused applications.
● Strong knowledge of Javascript, Node js, and related frameworks (e.g. Express, Socket io)
● In-depth experience in SQL / NoSQL database design
● Experience in RESTful API design

● Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
● Familiarity with the principles of agile and lean development methodologies
● TDD (unit, integration, and end to end)
● Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker,
Kubernetes, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Jenkins, GIT, Vagrant)
● Knowledge of Web Server technologies- like IIS, Apache or Nginx

The artivatic building is cutting edge solutions to enable 750 Millions plus people to get insurance, financial access, and health benefits with alternative data sources to increase their productivity, efficiency, automation power, and profitability, hence improving their way of doing business more intelligently & seamlessly. - Artivatic offers lending underwriting, credit/insurance underwriting, fraud, prediction, personalization, recommendation, risk profiling, consumer profiling intelligence, KYC Automation & Compliance, automated decisions, monitoring, claims processing, sentiment/psychology behaviour, auto insurance claims, travel insurance, disease prediction for insurance and more. - We have raised US $300K earlier and built products successfully and also done few PoCs successfully with some top enterprises in Insurance, Banking & Health sector. Currently, 4 months away from generating continuous revenue.Skills : - Building server-side logic that powers our APIs, in effect deploying machine learning models in production system that can scale to billions of API calls - Scaling and performance tuning of database to handle billions of API calls and thousands of concurrent requests - Collaborate with data science team to build effective solutions for data collection, pre-processing and integrating machine learning into the workflow - Collaborate, provide technical guidance, and engage in design and code review for other team members. - Excellent Scala, cassandara, architect, api, software, python, Java programming and software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis and test design - Proficiency with at least one Scala, GoLang, Python micro frameworks like Flask, Tornado, Play, Spring etc. with experience in building REST APIs - Experience or understanding in building web crawlers, data fetching bots etc. - Experience with design and optimisation of Neo4j, cassandra, NoSQL databases, PostGreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search - Familiarity with one of the cloud service providers, AWS or Google Compute Engine - Computer Science degree with 4+ years of backend programming experience Experience : 3 Years+ Location : Sony World Signal, Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore

Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework {such as Django, Flask, etc.} -Basic understanding of Html, Css, Javascript, Jquery, Js -Implementation experience in Soap based and Restful services -Unix/Linux experience is an added advantage -Sound knowledge in Database & Sql -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cloud Architect Should have 15+ years overall IT industry experience. 6+ years of architecture, design, implementation of highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.). Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment. Experience with one or more NoSQL like (MongoDB, Cassandra). Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Cloud Application Design, Mobility, PaaS, Media Services, CDN. Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Deep programming skills in one or more languages- C#/C++/Java/ Python. Good to have · Experience in deploying applications in CaaS – Docker, Kubernetes platforms is a huge plus. · Good level experience designing solutions using advanced patterns such as microservices / event-driven architectures. · CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management and automation tools such as Git, VSTS, Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Jenkins, Maven, etc
