Responsibilities -
• Support analytics roadmap and strategy by ensuring that the landscape is mature, resilient, and flexible to meet the business requirements without deviating from the overall IT vision
• Collaborate with businesses to identify opportunities, and pain areas, incubate analytics product ideas and deliver analytics applications in a digital native manner
• Hold the analytics program together
• Manage the analytics vertical end to end from setting up a platform grounds (a data lake equivalent) and deliver business value through analytics for starters and gradually by bringing in intelligence in everything we do.

Requirements -
• 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role

Prospecting New Sponsors: Identify and engage potential sponsors for our newsletter through various channels, inbound, and outbound (cold outreach, warm intros etc.)
Closing and Processing Sponsors: Take charge of the entire sales cycle - from prospecting potential sponsors to closing deals and facilitating the processing of sponsorships, ensuring a seamless collaboration with sponsors.
Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to integrate sponsorships seamlessly, ensuring a win-win for both sponsors and our audience.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and feedback, continuously improving our sales approach.
Qualifications
Experience in Ad Sales: Preferably 2+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in the newsletter or media industry. Bonus points if you've closed $1M+ deals before (combined) and ideally $50k+ deals (singular). Not required!
Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential sponsors, with a knack for opening doors and establishing relationships.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present sponsorship packages compellingly.

● Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Mobile, VOIP etc.
● Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.
● Monitor Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
