We’re looking for a talented Java Developer & Support Engineer with strong skills in Java, Application Support, Splunk, and SQL (Insert/Update queries). You’ll develop Java apps, handle L2/L3 support, write and optimize SQL queries, and use Splunk for monitoring and analysis.

✅ Must Have:

• Solid Java/J2EE development experience
• Strong troubleshooting & production support skills
• Proficiency with SQL (Insert, Update, Delete, Select queries)
• Good knowledge of Splunk dashboards & log analysis
• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and optimize queries in MongoDB, including aggregation and indexing
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Core Java
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot (REST APIs, Security, Data)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design)
• Experience with Microservices architecture

• Strong Java programming skills
• Minimum of 5 years practical software development experience
• Robust object-oriented design pattern knowledge and implementation experience using Java;
• Python a plus
• Advanced knowledge and experience developing and working with relational databases such as
• Sybase and MySQL
• Experience with multi-tier application architecture and high performance distributed and in-
• memory caching solutions
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
• Strong foundation in SDLC best practices including test driven development, unit testing
• discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking

Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

 Core Java developer responsible for building Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
