We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals in the field of AI software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales for AI-based software solutions
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify pain points and match AI use cases with client requirements
• Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into client-friendly proposals
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations
• Manage and update leads/opportunities in the CRM system
• Maintain regular follow-ups and relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Track sales KPIs and contribute insights to improve sales strategy and pipeline
• Conduct market research to identify potential industries, segments, and decision-makers
• Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech

Qualifications and Other Details 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / B2B Software Sales / SaaS / Tech Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools 
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or interest in learning AI solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working on-site at Bhayander, Mumbai
• We prefer Mumbai-based candidates for this role

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

1. Connecting with minimum 80 to 100 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM

Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience

*Ability to do stress testing + has knowledge of IT security (rate limiting, DDOS attacks etc)

*Proven Manual testing experience is a must.
*Good knowledge of Node.js and it's test platforms

*Automation exp will be a plus

* Should have experience in scripting (shell or python).

*Selenium experience and experience in managing CI/CD for code deployments is a plus
*Experience working with tools for version control (Git)
*Analytical and logical thinking with natural curiosity

• Own the lifecycle of users from on-boarding, setup, to the day-to-day support, including serving as front-line for issues on the ongoing engagements.
• Crafting delightful user experiences around user on-boarding and support, such as ticketing, support channels, and customer communications.
• Tracking metrics and measurements of user engagement and behavior.
• Crafting well-written user-facing communications and documentation.
• Translating user feedback and needs to well-scoped requirements, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver them.
• For the first 6-9 months, expect a lot of hands-on, detail-oriented work, often requiring your exposure to other areas like sales/account management, including occasionally plugging in on for other functions.
• In the mid-to-long-term, expect an increasing amount of specialization into a deeper role, with the possibility of eventually building and scaling a team.
