Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics (D365). The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Dynamics modules, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design optimal solutions
• Define system architecture, integrations, and data flow between Dynamics and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership to development and functional teams
• Ensure best practices in design, performance, security, and scalability
• Review customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and client presentations
• Conduct solution reviews, risk assessments, and provide mitigation strategies
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, or F&O)
• Deep understanding of Dynamics architecture, customization, and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Expertise in integrations (Azure, APIs, Logic Apps, etc.)
• Experience with data migration and system upgrades
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, Dataverse)
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Solution Architect Expert preferred)
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM practices
• Exposure to industry domains like Banking, Healthcare, Government, etc.

Key Responsibilities : Able to understand functional specs and Solution, Architect Design scalable ecommerce solutions on SAP Hybris platform -Knowledge of cart, checkout, promotion, pricing, search modules, Loyalty, Order Management and Hybris Data Hub integration-Experience in Spring, Hibernate and other JEE technologies frameworks -Troubleshooting and bug fixing issues -Should have developed application supporting high transaction volume -Understanding the current Hybris system implementation and Customization.

Technical Experience : More than 8 yrs of exp of building commerce applications of which min 5 yrs on SAP Hybris Commerce Hybris Core, Hybris eCommerce Exp in Hybris 6, Data Hub Integration of Hybris using OCC Web services with systems like SAP Hybris Marketing, C4C and Data Hub Knowledge of B2C and B2BJava JEE Spring C HTML, CSS and JavaScript, jQuery, Eclipse, Ant Maven, Version control SVN, GIT Implemented app using Security Performance and tuning guidelines CI/CD, RDBMS SQL, MySQL, SOAP, REST

Professional Attributes : Communication skills Must have at least 3 years of experience in Leading a 8-10 team member team Analytical skills Presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Educational Qualification : Technical Graduate or PG

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js
• Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Learn and understand user interactions
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers
• As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. 

Technical skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with more current specifications of ECMAScript
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience is a plus
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience with iOS, Swift, ObjC, Xcode and Cocoa.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the iOS framework:
• Memory Management
• Caching and Persistent data storage
• Multithreading concepts

• Understands the internals of the mobile builds and distribution processes.
• Great communication skills and an ability to work within a team and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with code reviews, releasing and maintaining mobile applications/SDKs.

Good to Have:
