What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have to assess mobile applications and websites on a day-to-day basis which will come via a ticketing system and analyze if they are compliant with the quality standards already set in place. He/she will also be required to assess the top applications and websites daily, and ensure that they are policy compliant. What will you do with us?
Working daily to review tickets with a critical eye as per the internal processes.

What are you bringing to the table?
2 years or more of Quality Analyst/Customer Service/Technical Support experience (with a phone, email, and chat background) would be good to have.

Overseeing the production process
Ensuring the overall production is cost effective & meeting quality standards.
Drawing up a production schedule keeping the TAT in mind.
Working out the human and material resources needed

Looking after job works / team (such as printing, embroidery) and taking decisions on selection vendors for job work.
