MrPropTek is building the future of real estate technology. We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Head / Tech Lead to drive our tech strategy and lead the development of scalable web applications across frontend and backend using React and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers
• Architect and build scalable, high-performance applications
• Drive end-to-end development using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align on priorities
• Enforce code quality, best practices, and agile processes
• Oversee deployment, performance, and security of systems

Requirements

• 7+ years in software development; 3+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role
• Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Startup or fast-paced team experience preferred

Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies including Angular 2, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
• Build backend REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)
• Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms

• Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

• Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance-driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

• At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services-oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments
• Expertise in programming using Python/Javascript or similar scripting languages
• In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs
• Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

• Design and Develop Libraries for React Native for Windows 10

Looking for Full stack .NET Developer who will work closely with Project Manager, Software Developers and QA Team to develop cutting edge web-based solutions in a Product Development Environment.
