Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers

Requirements

• 7+ years in software development; 3+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role
• Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Startup or fast-paced team experience preferred

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a full-stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
