Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our high-impact engineering team. You will work across the full stack—building scalable, high-performance frontends using Typescript & Next.js and developing robust backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django).

This role is crucial in shaping product experiences and driving innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Build responsive, performant, user-friendly UIs using Typescript & Next.js
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the stack
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring
• Contribute to system design, best practices, and the overall technical roadmap

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Typescript / Next.js OR Python (FastAPI, Django) — must be familiar with both areas
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to message queues or event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and observability tooling

The role focuses on cloud security engineering with a strong emphasis on GCP, while also covering AWS and Azure.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software and/or cloud platform engineering, particularly focused on GCP environment.
• Knowledge of the Shared Responsibility Model; keen understanding of the security risks inherent in hosting cloud-based applications and data.
• Experience developing across the security assurance lifecycle (including prevent, detect, respond, and remediate controls)?Experience in configuring Public Cloud native security tooling and capabilities with a focus on Google Cloud Organizational policies/constraints, VPC SC, IAM policies and GCP APIs.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) 3rd Party tools such as Wiz, Prisma, Check Point CloudGuard, etc.
• Experience in Policy-as-code (Rego) and OPA platform.
• Experience solutioning and configuring event-driven serverless-based security controls in Azure, including but not limited to technologies such as Azure Function, Automation Runbook, AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes and workflows.
• Working knowledge of the Secure SDLC process
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, preferably Terraform.
• Familiarity with Logging and data pipeline concepts and architectures in cloud.
• Strong in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python or Bash or Go.
• Knowledge of Agile best practices and methodologies
• Experience creating technical architecture documentation.? Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Practical experience in designing and configuring CICD pipelines. Practical experience in GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience in ITSM.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with risk control frameworks and engagements with risk and regulatory functions
• Experience in the financial industry would be a plus.

Desired technical requirements

• Proficiency with Python and the ability to write production-ready codes. 
• Experience in pyspark, machine learning and deep learning
• Big data experience, e.g. familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SQL or other databases.

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will be entrusted the following responsibilities

*Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls.

* Solving day to day queries of parents and school admin .

* Explaining them About Products / Offers / Services as and when required

*Creating social media posts/contents and will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing team

Will be posted in a premiere school in Gurgaon who happens to be our client.
