Job Title: SEO Intern

Location: Online

Internship Duration: 3 Months

⏰ Working Hours:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Part-time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

💰 Stipend:

• 3-month internship: Unpaid

📄 Note: Internship certificate will be provided only after successful completion of the internship duration.

💼 Role Overview

As an SEO intern, you’ll work on live projects and assist in improving website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic using ethical and data-driven SEO strategies.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

• Assist in on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content optimization)

• Support off-page SEO activities (link building, outreach basics)

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console

2. Tarapur- Railway station Boisar takes 1.5 hrs. by train from Borivali Station or by road via Western

Express Highway.

3. Suburban local trains direct from Churchgate to Boisar Railway station.

4. For outstation bachelors, Company provides a subsidized guest house with a cook.

B. Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

1. Graduate in any discipline must or Management Degree / Diploma in Human Resources preferred.

2. 5 - 8 years of experience in arranging Interviews, managing Induction, Pre-joining/Joining formalities,

Tracking appraisals and goal settings.

3. We prefer candidate with English medium schooling.

C. Your Job Responsibilities:

C1. Principal thrust area:

You will be responsible for:

a. Talent Acquisition for grade MT to M10 and Talent Acquistion support for grade M09 and above.

b. Documentation and follow-up of Performance Management System.

c. Maintenance of associate’s personal file maintenance and up-dation.

C2. Key Deliverables:

a. Recruitment:

i. Sharing approved Job Descriptions of open positions with the consultants and inviting resumes

ii. Screening of resumes and conducting initial telephonic HR interview.

iii. Arrangement of interviews and post interview documentation from interviewers

iv. Coordination with prospective candidates

v. Managing contracts & billing of hiring partners

b. On – boarding:

i. To ensure the completion of pre – joining formalities i.e. medical test, reference check, issue of offer

letter, follow-up for resignation in current organization etc.

ii. To ensure the completion of post – joining formalities i.e. verify the required documents, issuing

appointment letter, complete induction process.

iii. Track mentor – mentee meetings and maintain reports.

c. Data Management:

i. Maintain and update all personal files of the associates (hard & soft copies)

ii. Maintain all HR documents as per the ISO documentation norms.

iii. Coordination with exiting associates for exit interview

d. Exit Management:

i. Co-ordinate for Exit Interview with consultant

Technical Competencies:

a. Knowledge of hiring process

Must have Skills:

 6 to 8 years of professional web development experience, with at least 3+ years of

specialized experience in HubSpot CMS development.

 Advanced proficiency in HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), HubSpot Design Tools,

and Custom Module/Theme Development.

 Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CLI, Git, and GitHub Actions for local

development and automated deployments.

 Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,

and JSON.

 Proven expertise in implementing secure web development practices following

OWASP guidelines.

 Excellent communication skills—ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently and proactively in a

fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 

• 5-8 years of experience in software development 

• Solid working experience in Java and J2EE development skills. 

• Object-oriented and service-oriented design concepts, including knowledge of data transfer objects and associated design patterns. 

• Experience with Angular Framework, JavaScript, and CSS. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of Web design patterns and front end technologies like HTML5, JQuery and MVC framework like spring and Spring Boot. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers. 

• Experience with agile development methodology.

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.

Job description 

Roles and Responsibilities 

1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and push new front-end solutions. 

2.Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. 

3.Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
