Role Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber designer with exceptional visual taste and aesthetics to own, build, and scale our design system. This is not a generic design role ā you will be responsible for setting design standards, ensuring consistency, and elevating the overall brand and digital experience.
This role requires someone who can think in systems, not just screens, and who has ideally worked with agencies, premium brands, or strong in-house design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the end-to-end design system (colors, typography, components, layouts, spacing).
- Ensure visual consistency and design quality across all brand, web, marketing, and digital assets.
- Create high-quality designs for websites, landing pages, marketing creatives, and internal assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into polished visual output.
- Set and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Review designs and ensure every output meets a high aesthetic bar.
- Iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detail and craft.
