Responsibilities
- Revit & AutoCAD drawings: Convert sketches and initial architectural designs into detailed hard-liner drawings.
- Photorealistic renderings: Develop high-quality renderings in Revit to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Field measurements: Conduct site measurements and translate existing conditions into Revit and AutoCAD models.
- Document packages: Support preparation of project documentation for milestone submissions.
- Visualization tools: Utilize Google SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Lumion; ability to create 3D walkthroughs is an added advantage.
- Revit proficiency: Apply advanced 3D modeling and 2D annotation tools in Revit.
- Office tools: Use Word and Excel for project documentation and reporting.
- Architectural design: Research, plan, design, and administer building projects, ensuring compliance with construction detailing, procedures, zoning codes, and building systems.
- Conceptual plans: Prepare conceptual plans, renderings, and design documents.
- Engineering integration: Coordinate engineering elements into unified designs for client approval.
- Construction documents: Deliver construction-ready documents using CAD tools.
- Team supervision: Assist Project Managers in supervising and reviewing design documents across conceptual, schematic, and detailed phases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Material research: Support research and coordination of materials and products for specifications.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an architectural office or related field.
- Software skills: Proficiency in Google SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion; 3D walkthrough capability is a plus.
- Revit expertise: Strong proficiency in Revit, including 3D modeling and 2D annotation tools.
- Office applications: Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
