Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Power BI Analyst with 4+ years of experience, preferably from the EdTech industry (B2B & B2C). The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful business insights, developing interactive dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (CRM, LMS, ERP, Marketing tools).
- Analyze B2B and B2C sales performance, revenue trends, lead conversions, student enrollments, and retention metrics.
- Create executive-level MIS reports for leadership and CXO stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Develop DAX queries and optimize data models for performance efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and analytics.
- Prior experience in Ed Tech industry (B2B & B2C business models) is mandatory.
