Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in the Design And Development Of Scalable Backend Applications Using Java (Spring Boot).
• Mentor And Guide A Team Of Developers To Ensure High-Quality Deliverables.
• Take Ownership Of Solution Architecture, Coding Standards, And Design Patterns.
• Develop And Manage Restful Apis And Integrate Third-Party Services.
• Collaborate With Front-End Teams, Qa, And Stakeholders To Align Technical Implementation With Business Goals.
• Oversee Deployments In Hybrid Cloud Environments In Coordination With Devops Teams.
• Conduct Code Reviews, Lead Design Discussions, And Manage Agile Development Processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Monitor Application Performance And Drive Improvements Proactively.
• Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Software Issues Across Systems And Services.

Required Skills:

• 6+ Years Of Professional Experience In Java Development.
• Strong Hands-On Expertise In Spring Boot And Microservices Architecture.
• Working Knowledge Of Node.Js And Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience With Rest Apis, Sql/Nosql Databases (Mysql, Postgresql, Mongodb).
• Familiar With Ci/Cd Pipelines, Git, And Modern Devops Practices.
• Proven Ability To Lead Distributed Teams And Manage Deliverables In A Remote/Hybrid Work Setup.
• Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.

Objectives of this Role

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates TrustCheckr and its features across primary market segments

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering or MBA
• Strong experience in a SaaS/Identity Space/Fintech is a plus
• 1 to 2 years of experience

Position Summary

Acceldata is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Founder and will be responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace,fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

4+ years of experience building Front end web applications

• Deep understanding of the ReactJS, Redux state container, Webpack module bundler
• Delivery of technical solutions with clean, well-tested code
• Be an active part of the engineering community team and collaborating with other developers
• You have solid experience working in an agile development environment
• Good JavaScript experience including asynchronous programming, pec closures, types, and ES6
• Demonstrable experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
• HTML 5 and CSS 3 as part of theming real-world projects
• Understanding of pre-processed CSS platforms such as Sass or Less.
• Proficiency in UI Prototyping Tools like Invision, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design etc.
• Good knowledge of responsive web design and experience with Git or other source control systems
• Knowledgeable and experienced with micro-service architecture
• Strong ability to debug code

• Understand the overall requirements of the product/platform and specifically for the assigned feature/module.
• Design and Develop Software as per the product architecture and requirements.
• Code and unit testing of the feature/modules including appropriate design reviews and code inspections.
• Ensure adherence to the software development processes.
• Investigates software/system problems to isolate the root cause and provides innovative solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (locally & globally) to ensure product releases meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and schedule goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
• 5-8+ years of experience in software development using J2EE technologies
• Experience with Core Java, JEE5 (JSP/JMS/Web Services/Servlets), Spring, Hibernate, REST, JBOSS/Tomcat Servers
• 1+ years of experience using Azure IOT technologies
• Work experience in Azure IoT Suite: IoT HUB, Azure TSI, DPS, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure KeyVault, MCI/AKS, Azure AD
• Knowledge in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Knowledge in ReactJS, JQuery is a plus
• Good knowledge in SQL -preferable
• Must have worked in agile/scrum environment
• Good understanding of software development processes, preferably for a regulated medical devices environment (ISO13485/FDA)
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Flexibility to work on different areas of the product/platform
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to travel as needed (minimal)
