As a HR/ Personnel Manager, you will be managing the entire life cycle of all the employees starting from recruiting till the exit interview.
What you need to do:
- Managing the recruitment process by understanding the requirements, sourcing, screening, assessing and hiring the right candidates with the right skills at the right time
- Managing the payroll of the company by adhering to the various laws and regulations and thus ensuring that all the employees are paid their salaries on-time
- Preparing, maintaining and updating various policies, practices and processes followed within the organization
- Undertaking all the tasks involved in employees’ performance management
- Ensuring compliance of various HR activities with various rules, laws and regulations
- Ensuring smooth communication of changes, new developments, improvements etc., to internal employees as well as external stakeholders
- Delivering and improving the current training content to help employees gain more knowledge and expertise
- Supporting the managers with the performance review process of the employees
- Maintaining and updating confidential human resource records
- Analyzing data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending solutions accordingly
