The ideal candidate is a lawyer licensed in California who has practiced corporate and commercial law for at least 5 years with extensive experience in BOTH of the following areas:Corporate Counsel (early and growth stage) – Incorporation and LLC formation documents; convertible notes, SAFEs, preferred stock offerings and other forms of financing; corporate governance; mergers and acquisitions.Technology Transactions Experience – IP and Licensing Agreements; Master Service Agreements; SaaS Agreements; Supply Agreements; Terms of Service.You will primarily support me, the San Francisco solo partner of a technology focused law firm with six attorneys (four total in California).
