We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves collaborating with the hiring manager, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with company events.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Work closely with the hiring manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
Candidate Communication: Interact with candidates via calls, texts, and emails to ensure a smooth communication process and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Follow-Ups: Take regular follow-ups with candidates to avoid communication gaps.
Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the employee database and compiling employee files as required.
Event Planning: Support the HR team in organizing and planning company events and activities.
HR Operations: Assist in various HR functions as needed, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or currently pursuing a degree in HRM or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Basic understanding of HRM concepts and recruitment processes.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage daily tasks effectively.
Comfortable making daily calls and engaging with candidates.
