Skills :

• 5+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP.

• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Blade, middleware, queues, and APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Statamic CMS.

• Experience with Laravel Forge, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD.

• Good understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis/Memcached, and Composer.

As a Principal/Senior Visual Designer, you'll drive the visual design and art direction for Miracle of Mind. ● Lead visual design strategy, ensuring a cohesive design language across UI, motion, branding, and digital experiences.

● Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with the brand's essence.

● Set the creative vision for immersive storytelling and motion-based product experiences.

● Design high-fidelity visuals, UI components, and interactions that delight users.

● Prototype animated and interactive experiences using motion design.

● Provide thoughtful critique to elevate visual and experiential quality.
