How You'll Contribute:

● Redefine Fintech architecture standards by building easy-to-use, highly scalable,robust, and flexible APIs

● In-depth analysis of the systems/architectures and predict potential future breakdown and proactively bring solution

● Partner with internal stakeholders, to identify potential features implementation on that could cater to our growing business needs

● Drive the team towards writing high-quality codes, tackle abstracts/flaws in system design to attain revved-up API performance, high code reusability and readability.

● Think through the complex Fintech infrastructure and propose an easy-to-deploy modular infrastructure that could adapt and adjust to the specific requirements of the growing client base

● Design and create for scale, optimized memory usage and high throughput performance.​

Skills Required:

● 5+ years of experience in the development of complex distributed systems

● Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

● In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

● Strong involvement in managing and maintaining produc Ɵ on-level code with high volume API hits and low-latency APIs

● Strong knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi threading concepts, etc

● Ability to design and implement technical road maps for the system and components

● Bring in new software development practices, design/architecture innovations to make our Tech stack more robust

● Hands-on experience in cloud technologies like AWS/GCP/Azure as well as relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL or any NoSQL database like DynamoDB

You will work closely with Product and AI Research to build features, tools, and scalable architecture As with any startup, responsibilities will vary frequently. You’ll wear multiple hats, and work across many different technologies, might talk to clients directly, and have an active say in the direction of our product. What you’ll do

• You will manage a team of Software Engineers distributed under Tech Leads.
• You will collaborate closely with other engineers of the team and lend your help in your areas of expertise.
• You will manage a scale of Millions of Images processed everyday through Computer Vision algorithms running in the backend.
• Build microservices to support new functionality.

We are looking for:

• BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, from tier-1 engineering institutes
• 6+ years of Software Development experience in a product development setup
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of Software engineers (strict criteria), preferably in a product based startup environment
• Extremely self-motivated and autonomous.
• Strong data structures and algorithm skills
• Designing database schemas and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architectural patterns
• Deep experience of building systems at a massive scale

Strong preference for IIT /NIT/ BITS passouts passing out between 2014 and 2015 and experience in major tech product companies (unicorns, well funded startups of good repute - series A and above funded).

Note*: 6 years or above experience is mandatory

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / Javascript / Webpack / Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux.
• Familiarity with Redux Thunk / Redux Saga will be an added advantage.
• Skillful experience in Node JS / Express / MongoDB will be a plus.
• Understanding of mobile cross-platform frameworks like React Native.
• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 would be valuable.

• Play an integral part in managing E-commerce project and planned website release from inception to completion
• Shift our current Shopify website to magento
• Create accurate development and support tickets and instruct and manage the relationship with the external development team.
• Work closely with our Ecommerce platform provider on areas such as site performance, site speed, infrastructure, and new product releases.
• Working with website monitoring and testing tools to ensure the website is performing optimally at all times.
• Work with Business Units to develop Ecommerce digital plans to improve conversion from all key channels
• In depth knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS & JS

Our core customer-facing product today is a native Android application. In addition to this, we are building internal tools for customer support, investment management, marketing analytics and business management. In the future, we plan to hugely expand the features in our core product, build iOS and web products, and continuously improve our internal tools to better serve our customers.

For our back-end, we use Node.js / MySQL / AWS. We are currently a 3-member engineering team (1 back-end, 1 Android, 1 full stack) led by our founding engineer and advised by a senior technology executive from a leading fintech company.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software applications
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications
• Set-up our technology infrastructure and integrate with 3rd party applications
• Contribute to internal discussions around product features, roadmap and technologies used
• Mentor & recruit engineers to the team
• Set up processes related to engineering & product

Skills / Required Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, with solid foundational knowledge in at least two general programming languages, data structures, algorithms, system architecture, security and networking protocols.
• At least 6 years of back-end development experience in a software product company is required for this role.
• Exposure to modern software development processes, multiple front-end and back-end technologies, and open-source software.
• Proficiency with tools like Gitlab/Jira/Firebase, as well as AWS and commonly used database systems etc. is required
• Experience in an early-stage startup or having founded your own startup would be good to have (but not necessary).

• Strong analytical skills -ability to understand and analyze business requirements.

• Experience working with demanding deadlines, high workload, and some degree of conflicting priorities

• Must have experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, Portal Testing, Translation Testing, Usability Testing
• Must have experience is writing test cases and test strategies based on the customer requirements
• Minimum 3 years to maximum 6 years of SAP Functional Testing experience
• Experience in independently solving Business problems related to Testing and able to drive continuous improvement in Testing space
• Able to bring in Industry Best Practices and arrive at Strategies to benchmark and drive the maturity of Testing Processes
• Experience in Test Management using JIRA
• Experience in Preparation, Execution, Validation, Documentation of Test Processes
• Define, manage and create test data for Demo systems
• Experience in interface testing between SAP & non-SAP applications is needed for specific customers
• Functional knowledge in SAP PM, SAP PLM, SAP MM and SAP ISU will be a plus
• Experience with SAP Mobile Platform is a plus
• Experience of automation test tools will be an added advantage
• Experience in eCATT is a plus
• Experience in setting up Demo data is a plus
• Experience in working with LSMW is a plus

• Manage and Develop the Digital Performance Channels
• Ownership of Top-line building channels like Google Shopping, Google Remarketing, Third Parties for Remarketing
• Continuously chase ambitious targets of ROAS while maintaining min Top Line thresholds
• Build effective journeys of remarketing to reduce the overlaps and shorten the touchpoints to convert
• Exploration of new channels to drive Performance Marketing
• Be an actor of your channel ecosystem
