About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring, along with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and payroll support.
This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communication
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience and completion of joining formalities
- Handle employee exit processes including exit interviews and documentation
- Manage full employee lifecycle from joining to separation
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook
Employee Engagement & HR Activities
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Support activities related to employee well-being and workplace culture
- Assist in organizing company events and celebrations
Payroll & Administration
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and required data
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle HR administrative activities and coordinate with the accounts team when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role
