HR Responsibilities:

1. Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting,
2. Handling joining formalities arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
3. Able to generate new ideas on employee engagement activities (like bithday celebration / fun activity/ fitness activities) and doing necessary communication and arrangements.
4. Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals. Update and managemployee records. Perform other duties as assigned
5. Basic knowledge about HRM process.

Admin Responsibilities:

1.Taking care of ticket bookings( air/ train) and accommodation for employee through online portals.
2.re-solving maintenance issues of company asset and arranging routine maintenance. Keeping record of office stationery, maintenance of Fire extinguisher, CCTV, AC, Electricity, Telephone ,Photocopier etc

3. Must have knowledge in IT ( laptop/Mobile) gadgets .solving issues related to employee laptops.
3.Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
4.Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising refreshments.
5.Handles expenses and billing cycles of Admin vendors
6.Supervising office boy ,Housekeeping , security guards.
7.Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
8.Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
9.Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
10.Look after Pantry services.
11. Handling all activities related to new office set up.
12.Finding cost effective vendors and managing their work and agreements.

13.Must have knowledge on maintaining google calendar,virtual meetings.

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Php frameworks (Laravel, Zend must).

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as react js or Vue js.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Write effective APIs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases.

• Understanding of code versioning tools like Github.

• Take full responsibility for task/project execution

• Good problem-solving skills, Data structures, and Algorithms.

• Should have experience in Webservices (SOAP/REST) and JSON

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing AWS resources and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or Bash be able to build and administer CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience with microservices and/or event-driven architecture.
• Experience using containerization technologies (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, Mesos or Vagrant).
• Strong practical Windows and Linux system administration skills in the cloud.
• Understanding of DNS, NFS, TCP/IP and other protocols.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC, OWASP top 10 and CWE/SANS top 25.
• Deep understanding of Web Sockets and their functioning. Hands on experience of ElasticCache, Redis, ECS or EKS. Installation, configuration and management of Apache or Nginx web server, Apache/Tomcat Application Server, configure SSL certificates, setup reverse proxy.
• Exposure to RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Aurora, etc.) is a plus.
• Exposure to programming languages like JAVA, PHP, SQL is a plus.
• AWS Developer or AWS SysOps Administrator certification is a plus.
• AWS Solutions Architect Certification experience is a plus.
• Experience building Blue/Green, Canary or other zero down time deployment strategies, advanced understanding of VPC, EC2 Route53 IAM, Lambda is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• 0 – 3 years of relevant work experience is required (Freshers can also apply). Marketing experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness for traveling (local, intercity, and interstate). Travelling will not be very extensive

• Work with Account Managers to understand project requirements

• Hold daily technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Hold regular retrospectives to identify the positives and negatives of a project, and establish what the tech team can take forward from this
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the technical team with support from the L&D team and CTO
• Be part of the recruitment and training of exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the tech team
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong credentials in software development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork 
• Experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage

As a PM Tech, you will work closely with:

What You’ll Do

• Should be able to develop an application with vanilla Javascript without any frameworks.
• Maintain reusable code and improve code quality.
• Optimize application for maximum speed.
• Should take ownership and work closely with other teams. such as back-end.
• Make suggestions for better solutions to problems and keep abreast of the latest and emerging technologies.
• Be comfortable working throughout the lifespan of a project.

Who you are

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript.
• Should have good knowledge on ES6.
• Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Should be proficient any of the the frameworks  ReactJs, VueJs etc.
• Should have knowledge on Node Js.
• Should have hands on experience web component development.
• Good understanding of Responsive Web Designing, CSS media queries and Bootstrap library.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good understanding of asynchronous/Ajax request handling.
• Good understanding of OOJS.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
• Knowledge in writing UI test cases using any test framework.

Education

• Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience.
