Software Architect

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer with experience in Go (Golang) or Rust to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable backend systems and contributing to modern, efficient software solutions.

Required Skills:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go or Rust

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Build scalable APIs and microservices

Contribute to system design and architecture discussions

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months internship or professional experience in software development

Hands-on project experience in Go (Golang) or Rust

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) / Computer Science (M.Sc.)

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design basics

Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Knowledge of Git and version control practices

We are building an AI-powered chatbot platform and looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong backend skills as our first technical hire. You will be responsible for developing the core chatbot engine using LLMs, creating backend APIs, and building scalable RAG pipelines.

You should be comfortable working independently, shipping fast, and turning ideas into real product features. This role is ideal for someone who loves building with modern AI tools and wants to be part of a fast-growing product from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build the core AI chatbot engine using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama etc.)

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)

• Create RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)

• Implement embeddings, prompt flows, and conversation logic

• Integrate chatbot with web apps, WhatsApp, CRMs and 3rd-party APIs

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability

• Work directly with the founder in shaping the product and roadmap

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs & Generative AI

The Junior/ Senior Software Engineer will be a member of the development team for Supply Chain Application module suite. The Supply Chain modules includes components at various layers, including server-side, integration, supply chain planning engines and user-interface. This individual will be responsible for participating in module development and providing technical assistance to junior members of the team.

Experience and Skills:

• 4-10 years of of experience in writing software
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language
• Understanding of software design patterns, J2EE components (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and XML
• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and Object/Relational frameworks. Should be able to write SQL queries, procedures, triggers and do basic performance tuning.
