Has shipped at least one production LLM agent (tool-using, not a chat wrapper). They should be able to describe what broke and how they measured quality.

Hands-on with Claude SDK / OpenAI Assistants / LangGraph (Claude SDK preferred — your stack)

RAG in production: chunking strategy choices, hybrid search, retrieval evaluation

Vector DB experience: Qdrant, pgvector, or Pinecone

Treats prompt engineering as an engineering discipline — has eval suites, not just "vibes-based" iteration

Has built at least one system with feedback loops (not static RAG that's frozen on day one)

Strong nice-to-haves

Frappe / ERPNext experience (willingness to learn it is fine — it's quirky but documented)

Insurance, fintech, or another regulated-data domain

Telegram Bot API

Document AI: Google Vision, Textract, or layout-aware OCR

What will you do?

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically.
• Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization.
• Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and bash all the myths

You should apply, if you

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Java Developer to join our dynamic development team.

As a Fullstack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, React.js, Kubernetes, and Linux, and be passionate about staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, implement, and maintain Java-based applications

● Design and implement front-end interfaces using React.js

● Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy applications on Kubernetes clusters

● Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code

● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

● Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups into functional applications

● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices Requirements:

Platform Engineering Team - where HE/SHE will be a direct impact on the entire engineering org by leading the design, build, and test of critical systems leveraged by all engineers every day. HE/SHE will manage and operate CI/CD systems, Artefact management systems, and common infra automation. HE/SHE will be partnering with engineering teams and developing scalable tools and infrastructure that help engineers develop, test, debug, and release software quickly.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of exposure to the architecture and design (design patterns, security, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or other related fields
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Python including object-oriented design
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proven ability to take initiative and dive into new areas of technology.
• Passion for learning, analysing technology trade-offs and shipping products.
• Knowledge on SQL, NOSQL databases and AWS deployments is a plus
