About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Retention Associate to design, implement, and optimize user retention strategies within our subscription-based product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and refining effective push notification and email marketing flows, ensuring our users remain engaged and satisfied. The Retention Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams—such as Product, Marketing, and Analytics—to develop data-driven campaigns and continually improve overall user retention and lifetime value (LTV).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop Retention Strategies: Design comprehensive lifecycle marketing plans for push notifications and email campaigns, aimed at reducing churn and increasing user engagement.
  • Create & Refine Flows: Build detailed user flows for automated campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, upsells, etc.) that cater to different segments and stages of the subscription lifecycle.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and interpret key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, LTV, etc.) to measure campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.
