About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to bring our mobile app to life with intuitive design. If you have a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and turning ideas into eye-catching interfaces, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
User Interface (UI) Design:
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent UI components for the mobile app.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, UI kits, and design systems that align with Wizdom’s brand identity.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across different devices and screen sizes.
Prototyping & Interaction Design:
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and flows effectively.

Collaboration & Design Handoff:
- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Provide detailed design specifications, guidelines, and assets for development teams.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Branding & Visual Consistency:
- Maintain and evolve Wizdom’s design system and UI guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, iconography, and other visual elements.
- Design marketing and promotional materials as needed to align with app aesthetics.
Usability Testing & Data-Driven Design:
- Work with UX researchers to test UI elements and iterate based on user feedback.
- Analyze UI performance using tools like UXCam, Hotjar, or Google Analytics to refine designs.
- Optimize UI components based on usability heuristics and A/B test results.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer, in mobile app design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-friendly UI work.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI design and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of mobile UI patterns, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with interactive prototyping and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Retention Manager to design, implement, and optimize user retention strategies within our subscription-based product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and refining effective push notification and email marketing flows, ensuring our users remain engaged and satisfied. The Retention Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams—such as Product, Marketing, and Analytics—to develop data-driven campaigns and continually improve overall user retention and lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Retention Strategies: Design comprehensive lifecycle marketing plans for push notifications and email campaigns, aimed at reducing churn and increasing user engagement.
- Create & Refine Flows: Build detailed user flows for automated campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, upsells, etc.) that cater to different segments and stages of the subscription lifecycle.
