Job Title: Java Developer

We are looking for experienced and passionate Java Developers with strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and performance tuning. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level systems and modern architectures like microservices and event-driven frameworks.

 • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or above) development. 

 • Strong foundation in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

 • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization techniques.

 • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. 

 • Good working knowledge of RESTful API development. 

 • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

 • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. 

 • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

The responsibilities include:

• Writing the clean quality code & Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the requirements in the context of the product
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
• Carrying out DevOps activities which includes creating Jenkins pipeline

Key Skills

Should possess hands-on full life-cycle development experience (architect, design, code, test, release) be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, client/server-side development frameworks and third-party libraries.

• Should be strong in data structures and algorithms. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Work with cutting edge technologies like Java 8, Scala, React, Akka, Docker, Puppet, and Salt
• Hands-on knowledge of Spring core, MVC, JPA. Working knowledge of Spring Boot
• Should have strong hands-on on one of the JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, and Vue.js.
• Willing to working with latest Cloud and Container technologies like AWS
• Experience with both external and embedded databases. NoSQL DB experience is good to have
• Implementing unit testing using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with Maven (Other building tools Ant and Gradle are good to have)

Good to Have:

• Knowledge in Banking Domain
• Full-stack developers with knowledge and understanding of Javascript and associated technologies like React, Angular, HTML5, CSS will have an advantage.

Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for
critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
• Test cases should be upto the mark
• Performance tuning knowledge is a must. Experience is an added advantage.
• In Backend – fundamentals of all languages is a must• Good hands-on software development experience with proven working experience
in Python development
• Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such
as Django, Flask)
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process
architecture
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and
CSS3
• Understanding of memory model/GC from performance point of view.
