Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.

2. Clinical Support

• Assist doctors or registered nurses in basic medical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
• Perform basic procedures such as dressing wounds, catheter care, and injections (if permitted).
• Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.

3. Patient Monitoring

• Observe patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
• Maintain daily patient care records and reports.
• Support rehabilitation and recovery processes.

4. Patient & Family Support

• Educate patients and family members on basic home care and hygiene practices.
• Provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Assist family members in understanding medication schedules and care routines.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Follow hospital/home healthcare policies and clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
• Freshers with clinical training may also apply.

CRM Executive — Real Estate (Exp. Req. 2 – 4 Years)

Location – Gurugram & Noida

Manage day-to-day post-sales customer relationship activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely payment follow-ups, and a smooth booking-to-possession experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

•    Maintain and update customer records, booking documents and payment schedules accurately in the CRM system.

•    Follow up with customers for due installments as per the payment plan and share timely reminders.

•    Coordinate with the Sales team for post-booking formalities — agreement execution, KYC completion, allotment letters.

•    Address routine customer queries on payment status, documentation and project updates via calls, email and WhatsApp.

•    Support coordination of site visits and possession-related documentation for customers nearing completion.

•    Prepare daily/weekly trackers — collections, pending documentation, follow-up status — for the reporting manager.

•    Escalate complex customer concerns to the CRM Manager in a timely manner.

•    Handle difficult customers calmly, Empathy without making false commitments.

•    Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy of records at all times.

•    Ability to explain company policies politely, Strong negotiation skills, Professional email drafting.

Candidate Requirements

•    2–4 years of CRM experience (customer relationship) at a Real Estate developer/builder company.

•    Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and familiarity with any CRM software.

•    Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).

•    Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with follow-up-heavy work, RERA & Real Estate Compliance knowledge.

Compensation

₹ 30K – 40K per month | based on experience and interview performance.

About the role

You will have a direct impact on the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our product. You'll be in charge of reviewing the implementation of applications following code standards and style guides.

• Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
