
Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Growth Hacker who will be responsible for delivering
effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, and
monetization of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that
works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology
teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage,
traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.
Main Responsibilities of a Growth Hacker
Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, digital marketing,
brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital
channels.
Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
Identifying growth opportunities for the company.
Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth.
Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion
rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as
testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content
development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through
different channels.
Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback &
present results.
Key Requirements
Must have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a related/ similar role and the start-up
space.
Excellent analytical skills, and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
Open-minded, curious, problem solver and a highly goal-oriented individual
who is resilient in your pursuit of growth.
Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating
sales funnels.
Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign
monitoring platforms.
Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business
development.
Excellent logical skills are required.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead growth for Workifi in India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in HR Tech, SaaS, and Benefits sales, and who understands how to build enterprise relationships, drive strategic revenue growth, and scale a business in a fast-moving environment.
You will be responsible for owning the sales charter, building key partnerships, driving enterprise acquisition, and helping shape the go-to-market strategy for Workifi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for Workifi in India.
- Drive enterprise and strategic account acquisition across target markets.
- Build and manage relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, benefits leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the HR tech, employee benefits, and SaaS ecosystem.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and closure.

- Develop a strong pipeline and ensure predictable sales execution through effective forecasting and reporting.
- Represent Workifi in the market and help position the brand as a trusted partner in workplace and benefits innovation.
- Gather customer and market feedback to influence product direction and commercial strategy.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles.
- Strong experience selling in HR Tech, SaaS, Benefits, or closely related sectors.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise sales and revenue growth.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders such as HR heads, business leaders, and CXOs.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Experience building GTM motion for growing businesses or new product lines is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to work from Mumbai.
