Key Responsibilities:-
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to test and scale new algorithms through pilots and later industrialize the solutions at scale to the comprehensive fashion network of the Group
• Influence, build and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for the AI projects, and integrate with external IT infrastructure/service to provide an e2e solution
• Leverage an understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed and future-proof code
• Design, develop and maintain the framework for the analytical pipeline
• Develop common components to address pain points in machine learning projects, like model lifecycle management, feature store and data quality evaluation
• Provide input and help implement framework and tools to improve data quality
• Work in cross-functional agile teams of highly skilled software/machine learning engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers and others to build the AI ecosystem within the Group
• Deliver on time, demonstrating a strong commitment to deliver on the team mission and agreed backlog

Machine Learning (ML)Key Roles/Responsibilities: –

• Design and build explorative, predictive- or prescriptive
• models, utilizing optimization, simulation and machine learning
• techniques
• Prototype and pilot new solutions and be a part of the aim
• of ‘productifying’ those valuable solutions that can have impact at a
• global scale
• Guides and coaches other chapter colleagues to help solve
• data/technical problems at an operational level, and in
• methodologies to help improve development processes
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to
• enable the business to take data-driven decisions

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
