About the job

We’re looking for an AI Creative Designer to build controllable, repeatable workflows that help teams create, iterate, and scale high-quality AI content efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Convert concepts and scripts into production-ready AI image and video content.
• Build node-based AI workflows for controlled, repeatable generation and editing.
• Enable targeted iterations — modifying specific elements while preserving the rest of the asset.
• Create reusable workflows for consistency across characters, products, styles, and campaigns.
• Experiment with and evaluate new AI models, tools, nodes, and workflows.

Prerequisites

• Hands-on experience with node-based AI workflow tools.
• Strong experience with GenAI image/video tools such as Higgsfield, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Kling or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality AI-generated image and/or video work.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, motion, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and
  prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving,
  sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and
  mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to
  core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate
  your designs

• Bachelor of design / Master of design

• UX design experience.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as
  Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin and Zeplin.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a
  plus.
• Ability to work with clients to understand
  detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client
  needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UX design standard
  methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and
  responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD),
  planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid
  prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions
  efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
  design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Experience in UX/Product Design
• Teammate with great communication skills.
• You should be able to clearly articulate your
  design decisions and what problems they’re solving
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals
• Exceptional design skills, production value and
  attention to detail
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual
  design comps
• Understanding of common software development
  practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  in English
• Skill in Adobe products (Photoshop and
  illustrator), and PowerPoint. Experience in Prototype applications is a plus.
