Key Responsibilities :

• UI/UX Development : Build intuitive, scalable, and responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
• Workflow Builder Enhancements : Develop drag-and-drop node-based workflow management with real-time collaboration.
• Dashboard & Marketplace Optimization : Improve user visibility, seller profiles, and purchasing experiences.
• State Management : Implement efficient state handling with Zustand, XState.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js and React Flow to design and implement dynamic, interactive user interfaces. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications and visual workflows that empower users to interact with complex data and processes intuitively.

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js
• Design and implement interactive flow-based UIs using React Flow

A B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc, an UI specialist should have 5-7 years of experience in UI development. We are specifically looking for a specialist who has:

• in depth understanding of Single Page Application Development.
• high expertise in ReactJS concepts, including the modification and creation of ReactDOM /Virtual DOM elements and testing of ReactJS components (Jest, Enzyme)
• proficiency in JavaScript Functional Programming techniques (JavaScript, Strong Understanding of JS Array functions, Ability to build Pure JS functions, Modular JS Development, Proficient in using Webpack bundling)
• strong understanding of JSX Layout dynamics and Styling (JSX, JSS)
• strong understanding of global state management libraries e.g. Redux
• proficiency in agile development environment under open source gitlab including testing, change management
• exposure to full life cycle of enterprise product development
• [Desirable] high level of skill with UI Frameworks such as Material-UI (React) and Prime React

We are looking for a full time Reactjs Developer who is well-versed with the process of combining the art of programming with the art of designing.

**Responsibilities:-**

1) Translation of the UI/UX design wire-frames to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

2) Work with the UI/UX design team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

3) Should take an active role on both sides and help in defining the look and functionality of the application.

**Skills**

1) Deep knowledge in React.JS Practices

2) Must have minimum 3 years hands-on experience with with NgRX or Redux.

3) Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5

4) Knowledge of CSS and JS methods.

5) Writing non-blocking code and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading

Requirements
