We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Operations Engineer to manage, support, and scale our IT infrastructure as we grow. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, security, and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering and business teams.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints

Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability; proactively resolve issues

Support cloud environments (Azure) and basic DevOps workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP

• Handle Accounts Payable: invoice verification, vendor payments & reconciliation

• Prepare and file GST returns, maintain GST records & ensure compliance

• Calculate, deduct & file TDS returns

• Maintain ledgers, books of accounts & financial records

• Coordinate with vendors for billing, statements, and payment follow-ups

• Assist in monthly, quarterly & yearly closing activities

• Support internal & external audits with proper documentation

• Prepare MIS and financial reports as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable

• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Detail-oriented with good communication & organizational skills

• Strong experienced Product Design Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ YOE in Product Design, with a focus on B2C or B2B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience in Project Management - Using Jira and other similar tools to manage projects efficiently
• Mandatory (Designation) – Must be Manager / Staff or above designation in Current role
• Mandatory (Team Managememt) - Must have atleast recent 2+ YOE as a Team Manager (Not mentoring, should be in a complete Manager role)
