We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Department Head with strong communication skills, a technical background, and leadership capabilities to manage our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards. The role requires an

in-depth understanding of cloud technologies , server management, network security, managed IT services, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

The Information Technology Manager is a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and evolve our technology infrastructure

· In this role, the Manager will manage all aspects of our IT operations, from maintaining our current tech stack to strategizing and implementing future developments

· This position will ensure that our technology systems are modern, secure, and efficient, aligning IT initiatives with our business goals

· IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the company's objectives, ensuring scalability and security

· Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our Azure Cloud infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and Cisco Meraki networking systems

· Software & Systems Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 administration.

· Cybersecurity: Enhance our cybersecurity posture using tools like Sentinel One, Sophos Firewall and other tools

· Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and optimizations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets

· Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

· Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness

· Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues across the organization and client in USA Other duties as needed

· IT Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure IT processes are compliant with security regulations and best practices (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001), ensuring readiness for internal and external audit.

· Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in IT operations.

Preferred Skills:-

. Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks.

. Experience with advanced firewall configurations and network

architecture.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2-7 years of experience in Ionic version 3 and above

· A highly talented developer with hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, Node.js, Web Services (REST) Working with MVVM, MVP, MVC patterns

· Knowledge on capacitor and Unit testing is must

· Familiarity with native build tools like Gradle for Android Studio, XCode

· Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Experience writing and maintaining automated unit-tests, functional tests

· Experience with creating and working with CI/CD pipelines

· Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

· Knowledge of deployment process for both Android and iOS

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Bitbucket)

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks Experience with Browser Dev Tools

· Strong written and oral communication. Nice to Have:

· Mobile app technologies such as React, React Native, Flutter

· Experience with PWA and SPAs

· Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Focus on the delivery of web application development projects with heavy emphasis on responsive behavior.

· Work on all aspects of web products, including implementation of the design wireframes, animation/motion, business logic, interfaces to the backend APIs, incorporating analytics & SEO, performance and security.

· Work with the UI/UX designers, product and bridge the gap between Client requirements, graphical design and back-end interfaces.

· Take an active role in how the application looks as well as how it works Set a very high personal bar for code quality

· Build reusable code and libraries for future use

· Evaluate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

· Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

· Create prototypes and POCs for internal and client use

· Stay updated in the state of the art in web technologies and bring new ideas and innovations to the projects

· Communicate technical issues in an understandable manner to the team and clients. Provide troubleshooting support to clients.

· Manual and automated unit testing to identify bugs and technical issues before and after deploying.

Requirements
• Overall 4.5+ years of experience in frontend development using React, Redux.

• Ability to write readable and maintainable JavaScript code
• Ability to build pixel-perfect user interfaces with smooth interactions
• Knowledge of Web technologies and concepts -HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Caching, etc.
• Experience in Vue.JS and Angular.JS is a plus.
• Experience using web build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn, etc.
• Solid understanding of how web applications work including OWASP, XSRF,
Security, Session management and best development practices.
• Experience in Cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with handling Services, RESTful APIs and developing for high-volume
web applications. Experience in Microservice architecture and practices.

Exp : 7- 15 yrs

• 7+ years strong technology background with excellent hands-on knowledge of Salesforce application development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experienced in Java and associated technologies.
• Should have worked with highly scalable web applications
• Good debugging capability
• Should be able to search through logs on server and narrow down to root cause of functional issue from stack trace or performance issue from logs of latency of different components.
• Product development experience in agile environment will be a big plus though not mandatory.
• Highly Tech Savvy and hands-on. Good exposure into design patterns
• Good understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Experience of working with open source technology and tools.
