Job Overview:

We’re searching for a Human Resources Operations Executive for our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR-related issues and concerns. We’re looking for someone who can help in

implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.

Job Responsibilities -

● Handle overall HR Operations, including end-to-end onboarding formalities, performance management, office time management, and employee documentation.

● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre & post-joining formalities,

employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and issuing offer & appointment letters.

● Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR data in compliance with company policies.

● Support Talent Management initiatives, including performance tracking, employee retention efforts, and workforce planning.

● Plan and coordinate Training & Development programs by identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives for employee growth.

● Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve morale, culture, and workplace relationships.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.

● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.

● Handle payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy

and timely execution.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate scalable software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Develop web applications implementing MVT architecture using Django web application frameworks
• Write effective APIs using industry standard design patterns
• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment

Requirements:

• 3-7 years provable experience as a Back End Developer
• Familiarity with common solution stacks 
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and system design, for scale, performance and security
• Ability to develop back-end website applications
• Knowledge of middleware languages (Python – Flask/Django) and/or JavaScript framework like Node.js
• Familiarity with databases (RDBMS – MySQL/PostgreSQL, optionally NoSQL DBs like MongoDB), web servers (Apache) and UI/UX design
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• An analytical mind
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant work experience of 5-12 years in key account management/ BD / corporate sales is
• Experience in corporate sales, executive health check packages sales with corporates- from diagnostic companies, online aggregators, is preferred
