ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rupeestop is a fintech platform helping people take control of their financial future. We're looking for a

React Native Developer who is sharp, hands-on, and genuinely excited about building great mobile

products. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship polished, high-performing

apps — and own your work end to end.

We move fast, experiment often, and iterate relentlessly. You'll be expected to take full ownership, grow into

a leadership role, and bring thinking that goes beyond your assigned tasks. If you get restless when things

are too predictable — you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Build and maintain production-quality mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native.

- Own features end-to-end — from design handoff through deployment on Play Store and App Store.

- Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, deep linking, and real-time features.

- Optimise app performance, memory usage, animations, and stability across a range of devices.

- Debug, test, and iterate — improving reliability and quality continuously.

- Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move faster and build smarter.

- Contribute to architecture decisions and participate actively in product and team discussions.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Strong hands-on React Native experience — including at least one app live on Play Store or App

Store.

- Solid JavaScript / TypeScript skills; comfort with modern patterns and ES standards.

- Experience with React Native CLI and native module bridging — not just Expo.

- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand) and navigation (React Navigation).

- Understanding of app signing, build configs, and deployment workflows (Fastlane, EAS, etc.).

- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, background tasks, and device-level permissions.

- Ability to read or write basic native code (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Obj-C) is a strong plus.

- Comfortable with Git, pull request workflows, and working in a shared codebase.

GOOD TO HAVE:

- CI/CD experience for mobile builds (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).

- Knowledge of WebSockets, offline-first architecture, or real-time data sync.

- Prior experience in fintech, consumer apps, or high-traffic mobile products.

- Consistent use of AI tools as part of your daily development workflow.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Laravel Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling multiple projects and diverse interfaces. The ideal candidate will lead the development and maintenance of applications, ensuring security, scalability, and seamless third-party integrations while collaborating with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Experience: Approx.1 year to 6 years in PHP development with a focus on Laravel & MySQL.

- Deep understanding of Laravel architecture (Service Container, Service Providers, Facades,

Eloquent ORM, Queues, Jobs, Events, Middleware, Broadcasting, and Caching).

- Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, jQuery, AJAX

- Version Control & Tools: Experience with Git, JIRA, AWS SDK

- Payment Integrations: At least one payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Braintree, Plaid, Razorpay)

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Depth knowledge about denial management, AR follow-up, Claim rejections.
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
• Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims

Senior / Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior / Python Developers to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. Your responsibilities include understanding the product very well, and lead the integration of this product into architecture.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge and solid experience of all steps of the software engineering process and the tools associated with those. You should be a go-getter, a clear communicator and a strong collaborator who works well in a team as well as the customer. You should want to do high quality work and produce output that you are proud of.  

• Good understanding of Python especially should have used file/directory access, data persistence, compression and archiving, cryptographic services, concurrent operations, networking and IPC, developmental tools etc.
• Good understanding of key differences in Python 2 vs 3
• Knowledge of lib2to3, six, python-future libraries. Compatibility idioms provided by these libs and their limitations, issues in using them as is.
• Knowledge of Python3 changes in data types especially str, bytes in Py3 vs str, unicode in Py2. Should be able to gauge, understand impact of this on data in transit/data at rest in a large project.
• Knowledge of using C extensions in Python code, modifying to run with Python3, Python 2-3 compatibility.
• Experience working with large python codebase.
• Working knowledge of mysql, Python ORM like sqlobject.
